Refund Policy

At Opency, we strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee under the conditions described in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our service fees (not including state filing fees). To be eligible:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Your LLC formation must not have been filed with the state yet.
• You must contact us at support@opency.io with your order details.

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• State filing fees: fees paid to state agencies are non-refundable once submitted.
• Registered agent fees: once the registered agent year begins, fees are non-refundable.
• Expedited processing fees: rush processing charges are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Completed services: services that have already been fully delivered are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email support@opency.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your full name, email address, and order number
3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

In certain circumstances, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when some services have been rendered but others have not, or when work is in progress but not yet completed. The refundable amount will be calculated based on the value of services not yet delivered.
